Because each piece of jewelry and many items in our store are handcrafted and unique, your product may vary slightly from the photographs on this website. We accept exchanges and returns from any customer who is not fully satisfied.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days and usually take between 2-4 business days for delivery (within the Continental U.S.). If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at (615) 656-5355.
Amazima ships international orders via USPS to save nearly $60-$80 on delivery over UPS. One limitation to USPS International Delivery is that, while the service does offer delivery tracking of your order to your country, it does not offer "in country" tracking once the package arrives to be delivered to your door. We felt that having a reasonably priced international delivery service without tracking was of more value than nearly $60-$80 for international delivery tracking.
